Yes, my externship has had an impact in my choice for a career. It has made me realize I really like doing hands on stuff and can not be seated for too long. It seemed building something that a person asks for was my favorite thing to do. Even though I was only able to build the letter S with Nick, he showed me everything that he has made and it all looks amazing.
Working in Moniker was a blast. While it was hands on work which may sometimes be tiring, the people there are just special. The atmosphere they create is a wonderful thing. If there were people like them all over this world, we would be REALLY close to world piece. Not only are they nice wonderful people, they are funny and like to have fun. It's the perfect kit for a workplace to have. It taught me different ways of doing new things. From looking it in different perspectives (thinking outside the box) to simply building something differently.Mingo told me a bit of what he does while running Moniker and Smart Interactions that are really helpful with the job of leading a group.
